10X may use account-level verification signals, local on-device claim markers, and related anti-abuse controls to enforce one-time promotions, prevent duplicate claims, and protect the service.
You agree not to tamper with, spoof, or circumvent these anti-abuse checks. We may deny, revoke, or adjust credits or access where we detect duplicate claims, fraud, or misuse.
Promotions, Credits, And Abuse Prevention
Any promotional credits, bonuses, or limited offers may be subject to additional eligibility rules, verification checks, anti-abuse controls, and one-time-use restrictions.
We may deny, revoke, or adjust promotional credits where we detect abuse, duplicate claims, fraud, automated misuse, or violations of our policies.
Payments
Paid features, subscriptions, or credit packs may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment flows may also be subject to the provider’s terms and policies.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
10X and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, design, branding, content, and related intellectual property.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding except as separately authorized in writing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, available, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10X and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to 10X for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or if continued operation is no longer practical.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
